Based on the Government Decree 16/2021 (I. 22) on the medical examinations of students from abroad during a state of emergency, all SH and Diaspora applicants are required to upload a medical certificate of satisfactory health condition to the online system.

Mandatory Medical Certificate applies to those Stipendium Hungaricum and Diaspora 1st-year students as well who are already in Hungary and will have a new student status from September on: preparatory course participants, those who change major or institution and those who continue their studies at a higher level. For the medical certificate, contact your district GP as soon as possible.
