Non-educational administrative issues - A useful guide

1) Residence permit – Immigration Office
2) Health Insurance
3) Student ID

FOR STIPENDIUM HUNGARICUM SCHOLARS

4) Hungarian cell phone number
To open a bank account in Hungary you must have a Hungarian mobile phone number.

5) Bank account
SH scholars are expected to open a Hungarian bank account.
Required documents:

• Hungarian cell phone number
• student status certificate
• copy of passport and visa
• accommodation sheet

6) Tax number
